Online Restyling Service
A number of our clients have much-loved wardrobes with garments which may no longer be wearable for any number of reasons.
Before the COVID-19 crisis I would often visit their homes and help them to reevaluate their garment collections and repurpose some of their favourite items. This was one such example.

With people now unable to travel, and spending much more time at home, we have decided to offer this service online. Below you will find details about how to arrange for a consultation.
Consultation
Making an Appointment
Contact us first by email, text or mobile. We will explain the consultation process and how we can best help you prepare for it.
In the attached image you will see a number of items that will be useful during the consultation. If you have them to hand already, we will move directly to making an appointment. Don't worry if you don't, we can send them by post as part of the service. Once you have received them we will arrange the consultation.

The Consultation
For all consultations we create a secure meeting room using 'Zoom'. Immediately prior, we will send an ID number and password specific to you.

The consultation itself usually takes approximately 30 minutes and this is included in the final cost. Any extensions to this will be by negotiation.
Following on
Postage
Subsequent to the consultation you will need to courier the garments to our studio. We will provide the address during the consultation, and advise the use of courier service Interparcel (www.interparcel.com) taking the option of adding insurance. We have no time limit on when they have to be delivered.

Making the amendments
Once the amendments have been completed we will send images of the finished garment. Upon agreement we would ask new clients to remit the full amount before we return the garment.

We will arrange transfer by Interparcel.
Completion
Sign off
Upon receipt of your garment, please make sure that the amendments are to your liking, and send us verification. We normally close accounts one week after postage.

Further adjustments
This service has proven to be highly successful.. However, on the rare occasion it may be necessary to make further adjustments we are happy to deal with this quickly by mutual agreement.
